One of my first tangle patterns! Here is the step by step guide.
- Start with the shape you want to fill. Pick a starting point and draw one tear drop shape in any direction going all the way to the edge.
- Draw two more tear drop shapes dividing the space into 3 sections.
- Draw 3 more tear drops in between the others. You can stop here if you want...
- ... or keep adding more until the entire space is filled!
- Fill and Embellish however you like! It's very versatile!
This is a tangle that I came up with at work one day. I had a little down time while waiting on hold and my pen started making these big funky looking flowers. They looked like daisies, but kinda weird. In my mind I said oopsie daisy... and a tangle pattern was born!

This is a beautiful monotangle that I created with Oopsie Daisie. I did erase the original string just because I wanted the flowers to look like they were floating and being squished together...
